Current employment: At the time the aplication is submitted and during its assessment, the applicant must (1) be living in Alberta in an eligible occupation for an approved Tourism and Hospitality employer, and (2) have a valid work permit based on a positive Labour Market impact assessment (LMIA) for an eligible occupation. Mantained status is not a valid status for this stream.
